The Transylvania International Cluster Conference (TICT) is an annual event organised by the Northern Transylvania Cluster Consortium to support the business environment and facilitate the international exchange of knowledge and best practices, providing a platform for cross-sector collaboration to address global challenges. The conference is organised by the Northern Transylvania Cluster Consortium whose members are Transylvania IT Cluster, Transylvanian Furniture Cluster, AgroTransylvania Cluster, Transylvania Creative Industries Cluster and Transylvania Energy Cluster.

This year, the conference, organized by the Consortium of Clusters in Northern Transylvania, will be held in Cluj-Napoca, from 17 to 24 June 2022, at the Cluj Innovation Park and the Regional Centre of Excellence in Creative Industries. It is a large-scale event that will combine formal exhibitions and meetings with informal networking, innovation camps, roundtables, factory visits, research presentations and hands-on workshops.

The previous six editions of the conference have brought together over 1,200 participants from business, academia, research and government, over 200 outstanding speakers and over 500 opportunities to connect entrepreneurs and innovation providers from around the world in integrated matchmaking sessions.

The novelty of the 7th edition is TFCExpo, the event through which Transylvanian Furniture Cluster marks 10 years of activity. TFCEexpo will take place in CREIC and will bring together 10 exhibitors from the field of furniture production, interior design and related services and is a pilot exhibition that aims to become an annual event in the northern part of the country.

For this first edition, Antares - the largest manufacturer of office chairs in Romania, E-laborator - manufacturer of laboratory furniture, Basic Point - manufacturer of custom-made and mass-produced furniture, Tesagon - developers of digital solutions for the furniture manufacturing industry, Inno Robotics - industrial automation solutions, Trend Furniture - specialists in HORECA interiors, UVFurniture - manufacturers of solid wood chairs and tables, Salice - supplier of furniture materials and accessories, Silva Nobillis - manufacturers of solid wood furniture and decoration and University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca have announced their participation.

At the exhibition, Tesagon brings digital technologies 3D ALL and iWERP specially designed for furniture manufacturers, solutions designed to streamline the entire production and business management workflow. At the Tesagon stand, you will also find representatives of imos, one of the most complex furniture and interior design software.
